Description: Crime Stoppers and Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s assistance for any information leading to the identification, charging or arrest of a suspect in the July 25, 2008 kidnapping and robbery of a man in the 9700 block of Fairbanks N. Houston.
On Friday July 25, 2008 around 7:00 in the morning, the victim noticed muddy footprints in his home after his wife left for work. As he walking toward his bedroom he was confronted by the suspect who said he had a gun and would shoot the suspect if he did not give him any money. The suspect then forced the victim to drive him to two different Credit Unions, one near the 8900 block of Fallbrook Drive and the other in the 12600 block of Tomball Parkway. At each location the victim was forced to withdraw money from an ATM. The suspect then forced the victim to drive him to the Citgo near Beltway 8 and Hwy 249. At the Citgo, the suspect got out of the car and fled in unknown direction with the money he forced the victim to withdraw. The victim never saw the gun but the suspect kept his right hand concealed the entire time and continually threatened to shoot the victim if he did not comply with his demands.
The suspect is described as a white male 35 to 40 years old. He is between 5’10” to 6’ tall and weighs approximately 180 to 200 pounds. He has black hair and a goatee with a medium brown complexion. He was wearing a black t-shirt and worn blue jeans.
